Please double-check spelling, dates, and photo quality before ordering. We make your item exactly as submitted. If a photo looks too dark or blurry to engrave or print well, we will email you before production.

Production & shipping

Made to order just for you. Production takes about 3-7 business days, then delivery to the US typically takes 1-2 weeks, so most orders arrive in about 2-3 weeks.

Colors and engraving can vary slightly from the photos because each piece is made individually.

• For photos, use a clear, well-lit image (higher resolution prints better).
• Stay within the character limit shown on each field.

Most items are made in about 3–5 business days, then ship to the US. Typical total time is about 2–3 weeks.

Custom personalized items are only refunded or replaced if damaged, defective, or wrong. Please claim within 14 days with photos.
